Non-Refundable Rates

Payment Policy
The 100% of the entire stay will be charged upon confirmation, which is non-refundable. No Cancellation or amendment is allowed for this rate.
Guests are required to show the same credit card used to make the reservation and a photo ID of the card holder upon check-in. Otherwise, the full amount of the reservation will be settled either with a different credit card with the card holder being present or cash.
Cancellation Policy
No Cancellation is allowed for this rate. In case of a cancellation, the total amount will be charged, which is non-refundable.
In the event of non-show or should there be an early departure, the 100% of the reservation balance will be retained in respect of our cancellation fees, which is non-refundable.

Half Board Upgarde
Complimentary Board Upgrade from buffet Breakfast to Half Board for stays between October 3rd and 31st, 2026.
Half Board includes a rich American buffet Breakfast in Artemis main Restaurant and a 3-course dinner in any of the A La Carte Restaurants in the Elounda Beach Hotel (beverages excluded).
